Named the 2026 Most Influential Woman Leader in Business & Culture, Ronda Conger is a nationally recognized business leader, author, keynote speaker, and Vice President of CBH Homes, Idaho’s #1 home builder.

Since joining CBH Homes in 2003, Ronda has helped lead the company as one of the nation’s leading home builders. She oversees company operations, marketing, new home sales, culture, and community relations while helping lead an organization that has built more than 30,000 homes, employs hundreds of Idahoans, and has been recognized as one of Idaho’s Best Places to Work.

Ronda began her career in homebuilding in 1993 with KB Home in Las Vegas, where she gained experience across sales, marketing, and all areas of the company. In 1996, she joined O’Neill Enterprises, a nationally recognized ULI Gold Nugget-winning land developer and Homebuilder, before joining CBH Homes seven years later.

Known for her high-energy leadership style and people-first philosophy, Ronda is the creator of the Better Human movement and has inspired thousands of leaders across North America through keynote presentations, books, podcasts, and leadership development programs. She believes that better humans build better businesses. 

She’s on a mission to help people live, lead, and love at a higher level. Her work has earned numerous national and regional honors, including:
