Meet the Heart-ist

I studied art and sports journalism at San Jose State University. I’ve painted murals on walls & windows, created logos for collegiate sports teams and have sold a few of my own paintings.

I’ve worked as a sign artist at Trader Joe’s for nearly a decade, creating visibly captivating displays through the use of acrylic & tempera paints, markers & chalk.

My most recently completed mural was painted for The Common Well in Garden City as part of a group art project. My design depicted the official Idaho state dinosaur, the northern lights and a colorful opal gemstone.

When I’m not painting I enjoy watching hockey and baseball, attending concerts and spending time with my husband, dog and two cats.
