Experiencing a Warranty Emergency?

Dear CBH Homeowners,

Please make sure to winterize your water lines to help prevent damages in the Spring! The irrigation water will be shut off across the valley for the winter season as per the dates below:

City of Caldwell: October 4th, 2024
City of Kuna: October 7th, 2024

Landscaping is not covered under CBH's 1-year builder warranty. If you're experiencing pooling water, low sprinkler pressure/not enough coverage, or dead sod, start with adjusting your watering times, checking sprinkler heads, and fertilizing your lawn.
