How to Qualify
To be eligible, you must:
- Sell new CBH homes in 2025.
- Have contracts with sale dates in 2025 and be committed by January 15, 2026.
- Prizes are awarded upon closings of all applicable contracts.
- Agents who qualify will only receive one of the prizes based on their category.

*2025 CBH TOP REALTOR AWARDS – CBH employees are not eligible for 2025 Top REALTOR® Award prizes. Must have a new CBH home contract with sale date in 2025 and be accepted and committed by 1/15/2026. Prizes received upon closings of all applicable contracts. Agents who qualify will only receive one of the prizes based on categories above. Prize winners acknowledge they are required to supply a W-9 at the time of prize receipt and are subject to any IRS 1099 reporting requirements. Costco Shop Cards will be awarded in multiple cards in values of: $2,000, $1,000 or $500 depending on total prize amount.
