Closing Day with Your Lender: The Money Part

Your lender prepares your closing cost figures ahead of time and walks you through exactly what’s due at closing – plus answers any last-minute financing questions. No surprises, no mystery numbers.

Signing with the Title Company

Signing typically takes 30 minutes to an hour. The title company walks you through every document, one by one, then sends everything to the county to fund and record.
