How does the 3.875% Rate Work?

The 3.875% (6.67% APR) is the year-one interest rate on a buydown financed through our preferred lender. It’s a 2/1 buydown where your rate is 3.875% in year one, 4.875% in year two, then 5.875% for the remainder.
