Irrigation & Water Information by Community – Spring 2026
In Idaho, we’re blessed with irrigation, which is a separate water source dedicated to your yard and landscaping! What does this mean for you? As a homeowner, you get access to irrigation during certain times of the year to water your yard. CBH is not responsible for irrigation, but we’re here to help guide you in the right direction. Below you’ll find the irrigation district and HOA management company for each CBH community. Some communities have irrigation maintained directly by the HOA, while others are served by the local irrigation district – we’ve noted which applies to yours.
Spring 2026 Irrigation Season
The irrigation season is anticipated to begin the week of April 15th. While it depends on the jurisdiction, pump stations generally start being scheduled for activation the week of April 20th. This allows time for water to reach the systems and ensures adequate levels are in place prior to distribution, pending any unforeseen delays or changes from the Irrigation Districts.
Residents can reasonably expect systems to be operational by the end of April or early May.
