Here at CBH Homes, we build more than just homes, we build dreams!

THE CBH STORY

CBH Homes has been building dreams for Idahoans since 1992 with a whole lotta love, one home at a time. What started with a local Idaho native, Corey Barton, has grown to include a real estate brokerage, land development, HVAC company, truss plant, property management company and interior finishes supplier. 

Corey and the CBH team’s passion for home building can easily be spotted not only by their cool t-shirts but by their play-full-out attitude, love for the color red, and the positive energy they exude. They’ll be the first to tell you, “We build it. We love it. We live in it.” 

CBH continues to grow and in 2020 was proud to be voted first place for Best Places to Work in Idaho,  Best Home Builder for the Idaho Statesman’s Best of the Treasure Valley, #11 on the list of Idaho Private 100 companies, and #38 in the Nation by Builder Magazine. 

As a local home builder focused solely in Idaho, CBH is currently building in 40 communities across 9 cities, providing different housing options from rentals to single family homes. With over 250 move-in ready homes, no matter what stage of life you’re in, CBH Homes is there to answer all your new home needs.

 CBH provides over 400,000 jobs a year to the community – from Trade Partners to suppliers and the entire CBH crew. We believe in giving and growing our youth, we gave over $100,000 in 2020 for the newly constructed Swan Falls High School Construction Lab.  We’re PROUD to be local and proud to support Idaho.
