This is your first big step toward making your CBH Rental dreams come true! Submitting your deposit shows us that you’re serious about making your new rental home shine.

Time to seal the deal! Paying your first month’s rent (or pro-rated rent) is the official handshake that says, “I’m in!” If you’re moving in on or after the 25th of any month, you’ll need to pay the prorated amount for that month along with the next months rent in full. This gets the ball rolling on your CBH Rentals adventure and brings you one step closer to unlocking the door to your awesome new rental home.

Unfortunately, life happens. Fortunately, renter’s insurance is like a cozy blanket for your belongings, protecting them from unexpected surprises. Plus, it’s on your CBH Rentals move-in checklist so let’s get this checked off your list!

Don’t forget to register with Idaho Power so you can literally power up your new life with CBH Rentals. If you’re in a certain townhome or single family home, you’ll also need Intermountain Gas. Let’s make sure your brand new rental is filled with light and energy from day one.
