Locale Grand Opening

Locale Grand Opening and Locale Market

We have been waiting for what feels like forever to finally release our new master planned community homes at Locale and it finally happened! 

Locale Grand Opening

We kicked off our Locale party with a VIP Event for those who have been following along with Locale all year and wanted the very first sneak peeks!

Our 2 favorite Locale homes were even in this years Parade of Homes!

Say hello to the Milano 3500 & the Monterey 2100 – our 2 homes that were awarded 1st Place in two categories at the Parade of homes banquet. The Monterey won Best Exterior Design & the Milano won Best Decorated Interior Design.

In total we had 12 fully finished homes that were open for the public to tour.

 

Food Trucks, Selfie Shed, & games!

We welcomed a large crowd at the Locale welcome tent with our
free swag, giant legos, facepainting, and giveaways.

Of course we had more than just home tours since this was a block PARTY!

 

Thanks to Rusty Dog, Petersons Lemonade, Holy Oly O’s & Melt Food tucks, our visitors were well fed!

Last but not least, making an appearance was our 360 Camera and the #cbhselfieshed.

 

Locale Market

Our next celebration at Locale was our Locale Market! We had over 25 local vendors for people to come out and support. There was shopping, jewelry, food trucks and sweet treats. Besides the food trucks, of course, our favorite part of the Market was our FREE Dog Photos!
