Congrats to the 2021 Woman of the Year, Ronda Conger

Ronda Conger named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.

All we can say is that she has done it again.

We were not surprised at all when our very own CBH Homes Vice President, Ronda Conger, was named the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Woman of The Year.

For the last 19 years, Ronda has shown up and shown us what passion, determination, and dedication look like. Whether it’s personal or about the business, Ronda is involved in all areas of the company. She wants to know all about you, what makes you tick, and how she can help you be better in any way.

The reason this award is such a huge deal to us is because it is the highest level of recognition presented by the NHAB. It is also one that recognizes women for all their hard work and accomplishments in the building industry. What does this mean exactly? Well, not only is Ronda sharing her love and knowledge with the CBH Team but she is sharing and being recognized for it on a national level! She is a light to the world and one that never stops shining.

As some may know, the housing and building market is at an all time high right now, meaning that Ronda was up against some tough competition. Yet, she came out on top for doing what she does best.

As the previous 2018 IBR Woman of the Year, a current Board member of the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, and a top fundraiser for the Light the Night event in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Ronda is a woman of the century. When Ronda isn’t casting her light at CBH, she’s making a giant impact on the rest of the world.

Author of 4 books, professional speaker, and proud mother of two sons. Her husband will tell you, she’s a full tank of gas and we’ll agree.

Congrats, Ronda. WE LOVE YOU.

Join us in celebrating, hugging it out, toasting, whooping and hollering for our one and only 2021 Woman of the Year, Ronda Conger. Share the love:
