CBH x Girl Scouts of Silver Sage – The House that She Built

 

Participant (or legal guardian of participant acknowledged below and hereby referred to as  “participant”) recognizes and understands that being on an active job site may involve inherently  dangerous risk. Consequently, participant agrees to indemnify and hold CBH Homes harmless from any  and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable  attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property connected with  either myself or my child’s connection with or resulting from being in or walking through CBH job sites.  Participant hereby releases and holds harmless CBH Homes from any/all injuries or damages incurred as  a result of being on our job sites. CBH Homes cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries  as a result of acts of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge.  

I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining  portions shall remain in full force and effect. In consideration of me or my child being permitted by CBH  Homes to participate in the activity of viewing construction jobs sites, I further agree to indemnify and  hold harmless CBH Homes from any and all claims which are brought by, or on behalf of my child, and  which are in any way connected with such use or participation by my child.

I’d like to be #CBHFamous! By submitting this form, I/we release and hold harmless CBH Homes and any and all affiliates thereof from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with use of video, audio, film, and photography on cbhhomes.com, and company web/online communication, social media, brochures, print advertisements and point-of-sale materials. I/we agree and acknowledge that no other promises have been made to induce the signing of this release and that I/we will be paid no sums by CBH Homes.
