Julie Pegan’s sculpture captures the joy and nostalgia of the Western Idaho Fairgrounds:
- One side features bold, colorful illustrations of fair classics—corn dogs, Ferris wheels, and cotton candy—greeting guests with a cheerful “So Glad You’re Here.”
- The other side portrays scenes of community, connection, and celebration, with playful landscapes reflecting the fairgrounds’ role as a local gathering place.
- A nod to the future, Julie’s design hints at exciting developments and improvements coming to Expo Idaho.
