Hearts Across the Valley is a community-driven initiative by CBH Homes celebrating local artistry, connection, and fall fun. This heart party promises to be full of family fun, featuring:

- The unveiling of a new Heart sculpture
- The debut of Our Town, a charming miniature village

CBH Homes and Lowe Family Farmstead have teamed up to bring you Our Town—a miniature community inside the Farmstead featuring iconic town staples like a school, general store, Farmer’s House and now, a chapel!
Designed to spark imagination and connection, Our Town is all about bringing families together and creating lasting memories. We’re so excited to see it come to life and can’t wait for you to experience it!
