Transaction Coordinator/Leader
Alexa brings a mix of military dedication and real estate experience to her role as a Transaction Coordinator at CBH Homes. She’s currently serving in the Air Force and Idaho Air National Guard, with 11 years under her belt, and spent 6 years as a licensed Realtor in Washington before making the move to Idaho in 2024 with her husband and their 2-year-old son.
Having navigated her own interstate move, Alexa understands the excitement—and challenges—that come with starting fresh in a new place. She now leverages her industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail to ensure each transaction flows seamlessly from contract to close.
Outside of work, Alexa is happiest outdoors—hiking, rafting, tending to her plants, working out, going to country concerts, and spending time with family!
