Corey Barton, local Boise native, starts Corey Barton Homes. With not much more than his pickup truck and a tool belt, Corey begins building in Ada County.
Our first sister company is created, Builders Interiors, to supply beautiful finishes such as flooring, cabinets, countertops, and more!
Becomes Idaho's #1 largest homebuilder with 661 homes!
Ronda Conger joins CBH Homes as the Vice President. She and Corey made a pact, that no matter what, they’d have fun at every meeting, every interaction, every day! Which is why we always say, “What does fun have to do with it? EVERYTHING!”
Corey Barton Homes rebrands to CBH Homes and hits a record-breaking 1,000 new homes in 40 communities across 9 cities with 34 employees.
We build the Touchdown Lounge for Boise State football games. Homeowners are entered to win FRONT ROW SEATS ON THE BLUE!
CBH Homes builds a house in less than 7 days for Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Middleton, Idaho! It takes the entire Idaho village with 2000 volunteers, 4,000 trade workers, 208 donating businesses, and the entire CBH Crew. FUN FACT: For Corey's grand entrance, he skydived in!
CBH Homes is voted #1 Best Place to Work in Idaho.

CBH’s second sister company is created, Icon Air, to heat and cool new CBH Homes.
CBH Homes starts a local truss plant, Vertical Components Inc, to design and build trusses for hundreds of floor plans. 
CBH partners with Habitat for Humanity to build a home for a family in need in 3 days.
CBH says goodbye to build jobs and goes to spec homes only, offering Idahoans, faster, more affordable, and professionally designed homes.
CBH Homes celebrates 25 years and over 17,000 happy homeowners.
CBH's third sister company is created, Icon Electric, to power new CBH Homes.
CBH Homes supports the launch of the Swan Falls High School Construction Lab donating over $100,000 towards equipment, supplies, and more, promoting that construction and skilled trades is a viable career option.

In just 3 days, CBH Homes joined forces with Camp Rainbow Gold to build six cabins for some of the bravest kids out there—children battling cancer. Together with our volunteers and trade partners, we crafted not just shelters, but places filled with love, hope, and a little bit of magic.
