Alex Goedhart

Alex grew up on her family’s dairy in Southern Idaho, where hard work was a way of life. From an early age, she was inspired by watching her mother work in real estate, helping clients find homes and see the potential in every property. This instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate.

With a degree in Architecture and a minor in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee, Alex brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. Her nearly five years as a Project Manager and Interior Designer, followed by a transition into home sales with CBH Homes, have equipped her with a distinctive perspective in helping clients find their perfect home.

Alex’s passion for her work in real estate is matched only by her love for creative outlets like painting and drawing. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing, attending concerts, or exploring nature. This same energy and passion she brings to her work, she also brings to her downtime.
