    I'm loving my brand new Langton home! Its perfect when having a smaller child due to the semi-split layout. His bedroom is next to mine for when he's younger and he can have more privacy in the other bedroom(if he chooses) when he's older. It has a wonderful entry way, however It does tend to be a little dark so if budget permits, I recommend peekaboo windows by the front door(a glass door would be nice as well). Having a separate mud room and utility room has been a wonderful bonus! The master bedroom is a perfect size, not too big and not too small. The master bath could use more light, so I recommend adding the optional windows or a skylight. Tell your realtor the bring the master bath light fixture down a bit. They tend to be to close to the ceiling and not close enough to the mirror. My only other recommendation is adding extra light switches in the kitchen. There is a only one switch per fixture so you have to walk to the opposite side to turn on and off. This is a perfect layout for my family and creates a warm atmosphere with just the right amount of space. I'm very happy with my decision. Thanks CBH!

    We have been in our Langton 1502 for two years, and we still love it. The layout is perfect. It is just my husband and I, that live in the house. However if you have 1 or 2 kids, I can see a family of that size living in the Langton. The master bedroom is a great size, with a big walk in closet. I would suggest getting pocket doors for the master bathroom, and the laundry room, we did and it is a great space saver. If you can afford to get a skylight in the hall bath, I would also suggest that as well, since it is in a location of the house that you can not have a window. The entry hall is dark, so get a door with a window in it, we replace our door, with one that has a window, and it made a huge difference. the mud room is fantastic and a great size, I love that it is located right off the garage entry, and is separate from the laundry. The main living area (Living room, kitchen, and dinning combo) are great for family and friend entertaining. The kitchen does not have a lot of cabinets, however the very large corner pantry makes up for it. My only other suggestion would be to add a window in the laundry room for some natural light. We are very happy with our Langton!

    We have been in our new Langton for a little over a year now. We Love it, we had a third bad added to the garage and a porch added on the front. The front little hallway does tend to be dark so maybe a small rectangle window over the door or we just got a glass storm door and put in. Perfect. My biggest tip is to get a pocket door put in the master bath as this is the only design flaw. It's not possible to go into the bathroom closet without going into the bathroom and closing the door enough so you can slide past. Other than that little thing. This is the perfect setup. Love the separate mud room entrance from the garage and a separate laundry room.
