1992

Corey Barton, local Boise native, starts Corey Barton Homes. With not much more than his pickup truck and a tool belt, Corey begins building in Ada County.

Our first sister company is created, Builders Interiors, to supply beautiful finishes such as flooring, cabinets, countertops, and more!

Ronda Conger joins CBH Homes as the Vice President. She and Corey made a pact, that no matter what, they’d have fun at every meeting, every interaction, every day! Which is why we always say, “What does fun have to do with it? EVERYTHING!”

Corey Barton Homes rebrands to CBH Homes and hits a record-breaking 1,000 new homes in 40 communities across 9 cities with 34 employees.

CBH Homes builds a house in less than 7 days for Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Middleton, Idaho! It takes the entire Idaho village with 2000 volunteers, 4,000 trade workers, 208 donating businesses, and the entire CBH Crew. FUN FACT: For Corey's grand entrance, he skydived in!

In just 3 days, CBH Homes joined forces with Camp Rainbow Gold to build six cabins for some of the bravest kids out there—children battling cancer. Together with our volunteers and trade partners, we crafted not just shelters, but places filled with love, hope, and a little bit of magic.

CBH held the first ever CBH Homes The House That She Built event with the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage. 250 Girl Scouts gathered at a CBH community where they learned all about the construction process. To us, it’s about showing that the construction industry is a viable and amazing place for women to be a part of.
