How to file a warranty claim and what happens next
All warranty items must be submitted through the warranty portal.
Getting Started With the Portal:
Submitting your warranty request is easy!

Log in to your account
- Username is the primary homeowner's email address.
- If you don't know your password, hit forgot password. This will send you an email to create a new password.
- Passwords can be changed at any time.
- Login information not working? Email customercare@cbhhomes.com to email our warranty team.
- Click Submit Request in the top bar.
- Select the address of the issue, area of the home and category. Hit next.
- Add a subject and description. Hit next.
- Upload any relevant photos. Hit next.
- A success message will pop up, then select finish!
Warranty Emergencies
Emergency items include anything to do with water or electrical issues.
Have an emergency issue? Email us and then submit your claim through the online portal.
CBH Emergency Hours: 8am-9pm
Have an emergency after hours? Please contact the original Trade Partner listed on your subcontractor list location in your homeowner portal.
If applicable, contact the appropriate subcontractor from your subcontractor list, or from the sticker on your water heater and furnace.
