- $40 application fee per person
- Deposits are $2,000 (OAC) depending on credit.
- Lease terms are 12 months
- Pets are allowed – 2 pets per home
- It is an additional $30/month (per pet) and an additional one time deposit of $500 that is fully refundable
- Appliances are included
Directions to Victory South: Head south on Eagle Road from I-84. Travel past Victory Rd. Turn east on E. Falcon Drive and the community is on your right.
